So you might have stumbled your way on to our site, blog, myspace, or perhaps even heard a little birdy say something on our twitter page... but your probably still asking yourself what is Sams Place, what makes it special, what makes it stand out among the online universe? We have been recently asking ourselves the same questions. We've found that what we are is yet another online apparel shop selling products, and goods to a wide variety of customers all over the planet. But whats so wrong with that? Sounds down right cool to us, plus our site is wicked don't ya think? Perhaps that's just our ego talking, or a method of thinking our way into self preservation. So we are survivalists, motivated hard working individuals, with a purpose! That still sounds like a plus to us! Now we must not lie, when we say
"we", we mean
"I". Yep, you heard us, this is a one man show, unless you count our dual Gemini nature!? But doesn't it just sound more professional when I say things like we, and us? Either way that's just
how we roll! Did you know it's even our birthday today!? Well, it's
my birthday today, the websites birthday was, hmm, let us think?
November 22, 2008! But without this one man shows birthday this site wouldn't even exist, so we find it to be just as important! Or perhaps that's just our ego fighting it's way to the surface again... but that does mean that we are almost 2 years in the making! It is truly amazing, but what do you know, we don't have enough traffic to our site, can you believe that!? But don't worry we've bought some nifty Business Cards, and Car Door Magnets to spread the word! Plus we've opened up this little blog to ramble into cyberspace with!
So, on to what makes us special, and don't say we've already explained that above! Not Nice! Although, yes, yes, we know it's quite funny. We are special for our determination, and our DESIGNS of course! It's all about the designs, the funny, the cool, the wacky, and the down right bad! We are awesome only because of our designs, without them we'd have a shop full of blank merchandise! BORING! Though we admit our designs aren't always original, we put our own little flair on things! Besides isn't some familiarity good when it comes to t-shirts? That way you get some new amazing, and funny designs you've never seen before, mixed in with all your old favorites! What could be better? You know one of our favorite original, and funny designs happens to be:
POW! Right in Your Butthole! How offensive is that, right? Sorry, we happen to like controversy, and a little bit of trouble as well. Don't fret though, we have many family friendly, and socially acceptable designs for those of you who like their t-shirts to keep it real. We must admit that we know our TV & Movie design section is our big ticket seller, but again whats so wrong with that? We all love that one eyed monster, with it's flashy colors, and pretty lights! Who can really get away from awesome shows like:
Dexter,
Legend of the Seeker, and
True Blood!? Not us, that's for sure. Plus everyone loves
Twilight,
New Moon, and the yet to be released movie in the series Eclipse. Not our personal favorites, but we love that you love them so much! Hey, don't act like that, at least we are honest!
OK. Now, what makes us stand out in this vast hole we call the internet? That's a hard one. Plus is that for us at Sams Place to even decide? It's our individual customers opinions of what makes us stand out, that
truly makes us stand out, right?... it's the reasons you believe, and perhaps the reasons for which you don't believe we possess that separate us from the competition. Is it our look, our designs, our random rambling blog of a mad man, or perhaps our undeniable effort to succeed in a world with such opposition?
